The Literacy For All team invites you to join this fun and FREE program for parents and their children ages 3-5. The Read to Grow Family Literacy Program will be held Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 5:45-7 p.m. in the Education Board Room. You'll have a blast reading, writing, singing, dancing, and making hands-on projects during the 1-hour! All books and lessons are culturally-based and inspired by Indigenous authors to enhance your child's reading growth. The featured book will be "At the Mountain's Base," and the event will be facilitated by artist and author Deon Mitchell (Diné). All materials are provided.
