Join Salt River Schools at its annual Education Fair Thursday, April 4, from 4-7 p.m. at the Salt River Community Building (see map below).
This event is FREE and open to the PUBLIC!
To encourage students of all ages to consider or continue
pursuing college, job training, and Community involvement, the theme for this
year’s Education Fair is “AIM HIGHER.”
The event is FREE and open to the public. It is our most
anticipated event of the year and promotes Salt River Schools’ unique programs,
partnerships, curriculum, and extra-curricular opportunities to students,
families and the Community.
An exciting variety of school, Community, and business
partners will be on hand to engage stakeholders in a variety of activities and
information about STEM-related learning, career, and college opportunities.
Participants are encouraged to visit every booth by completing a scavenger
hunt, which they can turn in for a prize!
A BBQ-style dinner will be served by our fabulous Food Services team(!!!) and paired with delicious ice cream courtesy of our partners at Cold Stone Creamery (yum!).
We're also excited about the student and Community performances that will entertain us with their amazing talents throughout the evening! Be sure to say hello to Miss Salt River Kaily Toney!
Plus, there will be many prizes (including passes to local entertainment venues, sports tickets, food/restaurant gift certificates and more!) given away throughout the evening for all to enjoy.
